All pain are valid but not all pain are equal

I have, no name

Ego, ego, ego, ego, ego. I see ego everywhere.

It’s atrocious. It’s making me want to crumple myself with weight enough to be catapulted outside the earth and into space.

Take a deep breath.

Then exhale with so much strength to throw myself back to these human’s heads, blow some air off a bit (and some blood and skull maybe?)

If only we give as much importance to our souls, emotions and personalities as we give to our bodies, images, possessions and status, this simple logic won’t go over our heads. It’s as if saying a scratch on your knee is the same as a heart surgery because they are both painful. Like dumb-dumb-dumbos? I didn’t say a scratch on your knee isn’t painful, what I’m saying is check your privilege and that your pain pales in comparison to someone needing a heart. GET. OVER. YOURSELF.

Ugh. I’ve frequent forums that mums people who compare pain. Why? I don’t understand though? Why is it such a taboo? Why can’t there a be metrics in suffering? Ego, again? Fuck this world.

Probably because they don’t want to be stopped wallowing in self-pity. Probably because they don’t want to reframe their perspective to see how much of a whiny bitch they are being. I’m so sorry for being controversial but goddamnit. First world problems vs the forgotten people problems? I’ve seen white and rich people complain about shit that’s a dream come true to people who live in daily hell. What more these so-called mainstream mental health advocacies promoting supporting each other no matter.

What about maybe, you shut the fuck up?

You’re creating weaklings. Weaklings whose ancestors cause too much pain to others that you all like to pretend won’t mean anything in the present. And now you’re asking to replay the role of cradling them into a comfortable slumber that they ever feel so entitled to take. Even decades after.

I’m not advocating resentment or anger. People are simply lacking foresight and seeing beyond themselves. It’s just that I don’t think I can live with mindless existence anymore. There is so much arrogance here when the truth is they aren’t even hitting the tip of the iceberg. Ugh. This is the reason why I just want to stay silent…blind my eyes, cover my ears.

We’re not responsible for other people. We’re only responsible for ourselves. Wealthier countries are not responsible for poorer ones. They aren’t monsters if they don’t help. What they are responsible for are the continuous exploitations they do and what we are responsible for are the awareness, acknowledgment and continuous warding off these opportunistic behaviors. As individuals, we usually curse at whatever the collective and the government do. I accept that! The thing is, the past lives within us and affects us in ways we can never imagine...if you don’t understand this, you’ve got a lot of self-work to do!

The anger is justified, even encouraged because how else will we unite ourselves as a country when we don’t even see the root cause of our suffering because let’s face it, the situation we are living now is a slow progression not just from the modern times but from days of antiquity. I would be tempted to mention guilt from the descendants of perpetrators initiated by helping to stop the exploits of their countries but that’s something many of them already do… and that I’m pleased with. But I’m still hoping for less whining and more accountability and inner strength like your Eastern counterparts have.

Don’t be too lazy and call me racist, a gas-lighter and all kind of names you people love to use. I’m so so so tired of arrogant ignorant people.

Your fragile egos won’t solve the problem.

And lastly, don’t pretend you’re part of the solution when all you do is criticize and look down on your people and the government.

YOU ARE NOT HELPING.
